Lovely location, wide and comfortable bed, quiet room (room overlooking the courtyard), helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Our room was not only functional, but also good modern with shower as well as modern amenities.

Well-run and beautifuly designed accommodation with ideal setting very close to the neighborhood restaurants, river, restaurants and famous bridge, and waterfront. Warm and large breakfast options with chocolaty offering in Iberia and local home-made pastries, as for instance.

The hotel offered a warm welcome with complimentary port and pastries, setting a lovely tone. The room was spacious and well-designed, perfect for our relaxing spa holiday.

the air-conditioning wasn't working well.

The welcome glass of port and pastel de nata made us feel special upon arrival.

The water on the bathroom floor leaked each time we opened the shower door.

The Editory exudes a modern charm, with vibrant decor and cozy common areas that felt cute. Its prime location made strolling to nearby cafes and attractions easy for us seniors. Perfect for enjoying the city's sights!

More accessible seating in common areas would help.

Complimentary traditional snacks arrival

The overall room experience left a lot to be desired with a somewhat cramped layout and limited storage space. Noisy surroundings made it difficult to catch some sleep, especially during peak hours. Plus, inconsistent availability of hot water during busy mornings really put a dent in comfort. The lighting inside the room also leans more on the dim side, which might not sit well with everyone. Some guests might find the breakdown in communication regarding breakfast options a bit frustrating as well.

Really good service and great location

Our Standard Double Room was clean and well-designed, and the hotel's location made exploring Porto easy. The breakfast spread was good, offering fresh local options that I thoroughly enjoyed. The only downside was some minor street noise at night, which might be an issue for light sleepers.

I appreciated the great location near the river. The friendly staff offered a glass of port upon arrival. One morning, I enjoyed a casual breakfast with coffee, a nice way to start my day. The atmosphere reminded me of relaxed afternoons back in New York.

I encountered some confusion with the room's lights and the closet layout. The bathroom cleanliness didn't meet my expectations, and the shower had a slight leak.

We visited Balleteatro and it was a highlight! The staff offered us drinks upon arrival, and the place was clean and cozy. Definitely recommend a stay here. Just enjoy the relaxing breakfast vibe and friendly atmosphere! It's near all the sights.

Our experience was a bit marred by the initially dark room we got. It lacked brightness and privacy for the bathroom. Not ideal when you just want to unwind and enjoy your stay.
